Our mountain cuisine, slow-cooked over a wood fire, is based on local ingredients from short supply chains, organic when it makes sense, and always from the work of local farmers.

 

We cook as close as possible to the Alpine landscapes and their terroirs. By gathering the wild plants that garnish our plates throughout the seasons.

As well as during the hunting season, when we're lucky enough to cook high-quality local game.

We carefully select quality products to offer you honest, simple cuisine rooted in the traditions of the Alps.

The wine list features exceptional Valais winemakers. Complex or easy, wild or docile, they magnify our cuisine and our philosophy.

A warm and welcoming environment

The refectory at cabanotel can accommodate up to 30 people, in a historic and friendly atmosphere, ideal for a group meal or an intimate dinner. As soon as the fine weather arrives, you can take advantage of our terrace under the larch trees, to enjoy our dishes outside, in the heart of nature, while being enchanted by the beauty of the surroundings.
