Cancellation policy
Mayens d'anakolodge : For all cancellations, a fixed administration fee of 50.00 euros will be charged. For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance. We do not offer insurance.
Rooms at cabanotel : For all cancellations, a fixed administration charge of 50.00 will be levied by the establishment. For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations from the 14th day prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance. We do not offer insurance.

Services
For mayens, anakolodge offers the following services free of charge: WIFI internet access (except for Mayen Pierre) and one parking space per mayen.

Pets
Pets are strictly forbidden in the mayens and at cabanotel.
Deposit
A deposit of CHF 500 may be required for mayens. This must be paid on the day of arrival at the latest (by credit card or bank transfer). If no damage is noted after departure, it will be returned within 7 to 10 days.
Validity of gift vouchers
Anakolodge gift vouchers can be exchanged up to two years after the date of issue. Gift vouchers are nominative. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be resold.
