Tourist tax (subject to local changes)
Tourist taxes are not included in the amounts indicated at the time of booking. They are CHF 2.50 per adult per day and CHF 1.25 per child per day (6-16 years).

Cancellation Policy Mayens: For all cancellations, a fixed amount of $50 will be charged by the establishment to cover administrative costs. For cancellations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, the establishment will charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation. For cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance. We do not offer insurance.

Cabanotel  For all cancellations, a fixed amount of $50 will be charged by the establishment for administrative fees. For cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, the establishment will charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation. For cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance. We do not offer insurance.

For group stays and seminars, the cancellation conditions indicated on the offer apply.

Check-in and check-out
For mountain chalets: your chalet will be ready for you from 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m.
Late check-out until 9 p.m. Late check-out allows you to stay until 9 p.m. It will be confirmed within 48 hours of your reservation. Late check-out is not available on Fridays throughout the year or on Saturdays during high season.
The price for late check-out is CHF 100.

For the cabanotel: check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM.

High season
During the high season (Christmas, New Year, February, July and August), mayens are rented for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Prices are increased by around 10% for these periods.

Pets
Pets are strictly forbidden in all mayens and inside cabanotel (restaurant and rooms).

Deposit For mayens, a deposit of CHF 500 may be required. This must be paid no later than the day of arrival (by credit card or bank transfer). If no damage is found after departure, it will be refunded within 7 to 10 days of departure.

gift vouchers Anakolodge gift vouchers can be used up to two years after the date of issue. Vouchers are non-transferable. They are non-refundable and may not be resold.
