The mayens are open all year round.
There are seven independent lodgings (small chalets) for two to twelve people.

All our mayens are fully equipped and heated to 20 degrees depending on the season. You'll feel right at home, with the option of cooking your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen.

We provide towels, bedding, pepper, salt, oil, and vinegar to make your arrival easier. There is an Italian moka/bialetti coffee maker. In Valais, garbage bags are taxed. There is one bag available in the trash can in your mayen. If you need more bags, you can buy them individually at the grocery store in La Forclaz.

The mountain chalets are equipped with Wi-Fi.
To enable you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature, the mountain chalets are not equipped with televisions.

3 hot pots are available for an additional fee. You must heat the hot pots with the wood provided.

The mountain chalets are non-smoking.

There is no restaurant at Anakolodge. We work with the village grocer, who will prepare breakfast baskets and fondue baskets for you if you order them in advance.
From May to November, our restaurant at cabanotel 10 minutes away by car, offers sophisticated, seasonal cuisine cooked over a wood fire. It is also accessible on foot via a pretty footpath or by post bus during the high season.
There is also the Grenier restaurant in the village of La Forclaz, a few minutes' walk from the mountain chalets, which offers high-quality cuisine, and the Collines restaurant in La Sage, which also serves excellent food.

Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge in the mountain chalets.

Baby cots are available free of charge. We do not provide bedding, so please bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.
Please let us know in advance if you require a baby cot.

For reasons of hygiene and out of respect for our other guests, pets are not allowed at anakolodge.

When you leave, you are asked to tidy up the mayen, wash and put away the dishes, and take out the trash. Our cleaning team will then come and clean the mayen.
The cleaning and bedding fees are a fixed amount regardless of the length of your stay and the number of people staying.

In the mayens, the minimum stay is 2 nights in low season. In high season (end-of-year holidays, 2 weeks in February - Carnival vacations and from the 2nd week of July to the 3rd week of August) the minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

Your mountain chalet is ready to welcome you from 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m.

As an option, late check-out allows you to stay until 9:00 p.m. This will be confirmed within 48 hours of your reservation. Late check-out is not available on Fridays throughout the year or on Saturdays during high season.
The price for late check-out is CHF 100.

By post bus
a picturesque and comfortable option that lets you discover the magnificent scenery along the way. The "La Forclaz VS" stop is a 10-minute walk from the mayens.

By car
There is one parking space per mayen, approx. 450 m away.

the last 250 m to reach the mayen can only be done on foot, whatever the season. Bring a backpack rather than a suitcase. You'll also need good shoes, as the path can be damp in places. If you arrive at night, take a headlamp or flashlight, as the path is not lit.

For any cancellation, a fixed amount of $50 will be charged by the establishment for administrative fees. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation from the 30th day before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance. We do not offer insurance.
